Gallery 874 is a unique space that has been transformed from a large, open warehouse into a state of the art Modern/contemporary Gallery. We offer 2 distinct spaces that can accommodate large events to small and intimate settings such as corporate events, party venues, wedding receptions, Bar Mitzvah’s and of course art sculptures and exhibits.

Main Gallery
The main gallery is 8500sf of open space with 16ft ceilings, a VIP area and a prep kitchen. The walls are adorned with the artwork of Mousa. This space can be masterfully transformed through Lighting, Sound, Draping with easy access to rigging points and power throughout the space.

Artists Studio
The artist studio consisting of 5000sf that houses the artist work as well as work in progress. This space is ideal for anyone who is looking for something unique. You and your guest will have the rare opportunity to view the artist work in progression and see the work in its most vulnerable state. This is the kind of setting that opens up dialogue for guests. The artist may be available to be present at the event for a limited time to talk to your guests and engage them in the process of his artwork. Mousa loves the opportunity to talk about his work with others.

Main Gallery: $5,500 Sun-Friday $6,500 Saturday

Artists Studio: $2,000 additional when combined with Main Gallery
Corporate Meeting rates vary based on size and duration

Wedding Package

For an additional $2,000; the following are included:

1 additional hour for the event
Bridal ready room, Draped in the nook
1 hour rehearsal Day before the event (Time of day is dependent on other events in the Gallery)
Cocktails in the Artist Studio while main gallery is setup by your caterer for reception

Alcohol

Serve your own alcohol with no corkage fee

Rental Includes

8 hour Event Rental (3 hours set up, 4 hour event time and 1 hour cleanup) Additional time if required is $250 /hour.
On-Site Manager
On-Site security during the 4 hour event for the first 150 guests. An additional Security Officer is required for larger events
Valet parking – 2 Valets included with each rental, Additional Valets are available for $125 for 4 hours

Customer Schedule & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due with the signed rental agreement.
Final guest count is due 10 business days prior to the event.
Full balance is due 10 business days prior to the event.
$1,500 Refundable Security Deposit due 10 business days prior to the event.

Insurance Requirements

Event rental clients must submit a Certificate of Insurance Coverage (COI) issued by a licensed agent of the insurer providing $1,000,000.00 per occurrence 10 days prior to your event date. This should provide liability coverage for the duration of the event including the entire timeframe of venue use from start to finish. Gallery 874 Inc. must be listed as the additional insured along with our address, date of event and name of event.
